By downloading, installing, or using the Numerous mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or services.

Description of Service

Numerous is a platform that enables users to:

  • Connect with brands and receive personalized offers
  • Earn rewards for data sharing and brand interactions
  • Discover products and services aligned with their preferences

Eligibility

To use Numerous, you must:

  • When data sharing occurs
  • The ability to revoke consent at any time

Rewards and Payments

Earning Rewards

Rewards are earned through various activities including profile completion, data sharing, purchases, and referrals. Reward amounts and availability may vary and are subject to change.

Reward Redemption

Rewards may be redeemed according to the terms specified in the App. We reserve the right to modify reward programs, including redemption options and values, with reasonable notice.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against fraudulent activity, including but not limited to suspending accounts and forfeiting rewards.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Numerous and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Numerous. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numerous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Numerous and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Numerous is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and sending a notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
